What happens after i place
my order?
You will immediately receive a email confirmation
thanking you for the opportunity to serve you. All
in stock items normally ship within 24 hours. If
you have any concerns at all please call the number
in the email immediately. Upon shipping your order
you will receive a email with the tracking number

How can I locate what model
phone i have?
Remove the back cover from your phone and expose
the battery. Its possible you will need to remove
battery if model number is not visible. Normally a
white or silver tag will have the phones model # located
on that tag.

Do
you think cell phones cause cancer?
If cell phones do cause cancer i am
in big trouble. I have been placing a cell phone to
my ear for over 20 years now. I believe that we will
have some conclusive proof in 5-10 years. The current
studies do not follow heavy users of cell phones past
a couple years. I require my kids use some sort of
headset just to be safe.

Typically items ship within 24 hours
of order date. Delivery time is usually 2-5 business
days. Most of our orders ship USPS and you can add

PLEASE check all possible locations
if USPS or Fedex list package as Delivered. After
you have checked all possible areas where your postal
service or fedex may have left the package, Contact

and will exchange the product for you promptly.
