There is a 30 Day allowance for all cell phone accessories returns. Enclose a copy of the invoice and state the reason for the return and ship to Marquel.com (address listed below).

We are limited to the original retail purchase to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. This warranty shall be valid for one (1) year for most products from the date of retail purchase. This warranty does not cover any product that has been altered, modified or damaged through misuse, negligence, accident or improper use. Purchase amount is credited back your credit card upon our receipt of both product and packaging in original condition and inspection of returned items. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded. I always recommend you keep the packaging if you're not sure you like the product.

Procedure

  1. Customer must return merchandise in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt.
  2. A copy of the original sales receipt would be appreciated.

  4. Place the following number outside of return box RMA-(Web Order Number) Example: RMA-71825.
  5. Return to Marquel.com address listed below.
  6. Our staff will also process credits and exchanges 72 hours of receiving return merchandise.
